Rule 32
Conditions to be followed by the person obtaining the license
For the production, processing, storage or sale-distribution of the food items mentioned in Rule 24, the person obtaining the license shall comply with the following conditions:-
(a) No person suffering from communicable, contagious or abominable disease or a person who is infected should be employed in the work of producing, gathering, or selling food.
(b) Places where food is produced, stored or sold should be kept satisfactorily clean and separate arrangements should be made for latrines, urinals and places where garbage or waste materials are stored.
(c) Producers, wholesalers or sellers must keep a register of the quantity of food produced or sold-distributed and the quantity and place of food sent for sale-distribution and must show it whenever required.
