Rule 11D
Allowable
(1) Rule 11c. According to sub-rule (1) of the Ministry of Environmental Impact Assessment if recommended by the relevant body, the Ministry may allow the supplementary environmental impact assessment of the proposal under the following conditions:-
(a) When expanding or relocating any physical structural unit of the project, if that unit falls within the affected area mentioned in the approved environmental impact assessment report,
(b) If more than ten percent of the forest area mentioned in the approved environmental impact assessment report is added,
(c) If there is a situation where the permanent residence of up to one hundred people needs to be relocated or resettled due to another changed structure or unit, but in the case where the permanent residence, relocation or resettlement of more than one hundred people due to another changed structure or unit needs to be relocated or resettled, the environmental impact shall be assessed again. .
(d) If there is no significant adverse effect on the environment and biological diversity as a whole.
(2) According to clause (d) of sub-rule (1), the Ministry will make a decision on whether or not there will be a significant adverse effect on the environment and biological diversity as a whole.
