Section 33
Allowing

(1) In case of non-filing of complaint according to Clause (a) of Section 31, the chief administrative officer shall give permission to construct the building within seven days from the date of receipt of the report according to Section 32.
(2) According to section (a) of section 31, the chief administrative officer shall give permission for construction of the building within thirty days from the date of receipt of the report according to section 32, except in cases where a decision has to be made on the appeal of someone.
(3) If it appears from the complaint made in accordance with clause (a) of section 31 that the right of mine in the land on which the building is to be constructed should be arbitrarily set aside, a leaflet shall be issued and the relevant parties shall be informed to go to the relevant district court within thirty-five days from the date of such complaint. However, if there is a dispute in only a part of such land and the rest of the land is in dispute as determined by the court, if an application is submitted along with another map to allow construction of a building on the rest of the land, the Chief Administrative Officer may grant permission within fifteen days from the date of receipt of such application.
(4) The fees to be charged for granting permission to construct a building in accordance with this section shall be as prescribed by the rural municipality or municipality.
