For the purposes of Section 19 of the Act, those who wish to obtain a permit must submit an application to the department in the form of Schedule-8 along with a fee of three hundred rupees.
(2) If the application as per sub-rule (1) is received, the department shall issue a permit in the form of Schedule-9 if it deems it necessary to issue a permit after conducting necessary investigations.
