(1) If the leader of the mountaineering party or any member violates this Act, the rules made under this Act or anything specified in the mountaineer's permit, the Government of Nepal may cancel the permit granted under this Act at any time.
(2) In the event that a mountain climbing permit issued in accordance with this Act needs to be revoked due to any special circumstances, the Government of Nepal may revoke such permit at any time without showing any reason.
