The license according to section 2 shall not be given to the following persons:-(a) Persons who are not qualified to enter into contracts according to the prevailing law on contracts, (b) Disruption of the creditor's marriage (c) If the travel or trekking agency's license is revoked according to section 9, two days from that date A person who has not paid the term of the year, (d) A person who has been found guilty of a criminal charge showing moral degradation and has been sentenced to imprisonment. "(1A) To carry out a project related to an organization wholly owned by the State Government or to build a warehouse for the purpose of carrying out a project related to the business of such an organization or to store any goods produced by such an organization, by paying compensation and all other expenses as per this Act, such an organization shall acquire any land. If a request is made to the provincial government, the provincial government can request the Nepal government to acquire such land. If such a request is received, the Government of Nepal can make a decision to grant the land to such an organization."
