(1) The permit under sub-rule (2) of rule 19 shall be valid for two years.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the renewal of the license shall be done by paying a fee of two hundred rupees within three months from the date of expiry of the license period.
(3) After the expiry date as per sub-rule (2), if someone comes to apply for the renewal of the permit along with the reasonable reason why it was not renewed before the expiry date, the concerned office may renew it by taking an additional fee of Rs. br> (4) Regardless of what is written in this rule, if the renewal is not renewed within the deadline, if an application is made showing reasonable cause for non-renewal, the concerned office may renew such permit by charging a fee of two hundred rupees for each year in addition to the fee charged for the same.
