(1) The permit granted under sub-rule (5) of rule 30 shall remain valid for two years.
(2) Within three months from the date of expiry of the validity of the license, the license shall be renewed by paying a fee of one hundred rupees to the center.
(3) After the expiry of the period as per sub-rule (2), if someone comes to apply for the renewal of the permit along with a valid reason for not renewing it, the center may renew it by taking an additional fee of three hundred rupees in addition to the fee charged as per sub-rule (2). (4) If renewal is not done within the time period mentioned in sub-rule (3), such permit shall automatically be cancelled.
