(1) In addition to the conditions mentioned in the Act or this regulation, the licensee shall comply with the following conditions:- 7 (a) To provide telecommunication services to the customer using telecommunication devices and equipment of the quality determined by the authority.
(b) To operate telecommunication services in accordance with the minimum standards prescribed by the Authority from time to time.
(c) Telecommunications equipment and devices installed by one licensee shall not be used without the consent of another licensee.
(d) Do not distribute all telecommunication lines from electric poles and even if distribution is required, distribute them only in a way that is safe from electricity after taking the approval of the concerned body.
(e) ”................
(f) Providing telecommunication services to the customer in accordance with the agreement made with the customer.
(G) Telecommunication service should be operated using only the frequency specified in the license for the telecommunication service using frequencies.
(h) If the telecommunication service provided to the customer is damaged for any reason, free maintenance should be carried out in accordance with the standards set by the authority. A maintenance fee of up to fifty percent can be imposed on the fees charged for providing fixed wired broadband services under Qatar Telecommunication Services.
(i) Publication of telephone directory and other telecommunications related materials for the convenience and information of customers.
(h) To operate telecommunication services in accordance with the minimum standards set by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) regarding the operation of telecommunication services. Omitted by the First Amendment. Added by the Ninth Amendment. D (k) Before buying or selling more than five percent of the paid-up capital, the approval of the authority should be obtained. (2) Apart from what is written in sub-rule (1), the other conditions to be followed by the license holder while operating the telecommunication service shall be as specified in the license.
