11A.1 If any person or organization wants to do business related to the sale and distribution of seeds, they must apply to the designated authority along with the prescribed fee and obtain a permit in the prescribed format.

11A.2 If someone is found to be selling and distributing seeds without obtaining permission according to sub-section 11A.1, such seeds will be confiscated by the crop inspector. 11A.3 Permit obtained according to sub-section 11A.1 must be renewed every year by submitting an application to the designated authority and taking the prescribed fee. The procedure for renewal and cancellation of the permit will be as prescribed.
