(1) The period of the license will be valid for three years.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), before ninety days before the expiry of the license period, an application shall be submitted to the Board in the prescribed format along with the prescribed fee for the renewal of the license.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), an application can be submitted to the board in the prescribed format with a double fee of the license renewal fee at least thirty days before the expiry of the license period.
(4) If an application for renewal is received in accordance with sub-section (2) or (3), the board shall renew the application within thirty days of receiving the application and inform the organization that has received the license.
(5) If the period of the license expires without renewing the license in accordance with this section, the license of such organization shall be revoked in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 35 and the relevant person shall be informed as soon as possible.
