(1) Permit granted to the laboratory according to Rule 22 shall remain valid for one year.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the laboratory shall renew the license by paying a fee of one thousand rupees within thirty-five days from the date of expiry of the period of validity of the license.
(3) If someone comes to apply for the renewal of the license after the expiry of the period as per sub-rule (2) and has not been renewed, he can renew it by taking an additional fee of Rs. (4) In case of non-renewal as per sub-rule (2), such permit shall automatically be cancelled.
