:
(1) In accordance with subsection (5) of Section 4 of the Act, if a person who has obtained a permit wants to sell his permit or transfer his rights in any other way, he must obtain approval from the authority who can grant the permit.
(2) If a person who has received a permit does any work contrary to the Act and these regulations, the authority that can grant the permit may take action or revoke the permit in accordance with Section 8 of the Act.
