Section 44
Investigating officer
The following officer shall have the right to investigate and investigate the case related to the offense as per sub-section (1) of section 43:-
(a) If under the responsibilities and obligations under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section D, the official designated by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette,
(b) If under the responsibilities and obligations under clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (2) of section D, the officer designated according to the provincial law.
