(1) Any drinking water service, sanitation service, project or service system constructed or operated by the Government of Nepal or owned by the Government of Nepal may be operated by an organized organization under an operation and management contract by the Government of Nepal.
(2) Other provision related to provision of drinking water service, sanitation service, project or service system operation and management contract shall be as prescribed.
