(1) The Government of Nepal may publish notices in the Nepal Gazette and add other risky activities to the schedule.
(2) According to sub-section (1), while adding any hazardous work to the schedule, the Government of Nepal may seek the opinion of the Child Labor Prevention Committee if it deems necessary.
(3) According to sub-section (1) after thirty days from the date of publication of the notice, the schedule shall be deemed to have been amended.
