(1) In order to make the implementation of this Act effective, the Government of Nepal may establish an inter-level coordination committee consisting of representatives of ministries, relevant ministries of provincial governments and relevant local levels.
(2) Other arrangements related to the committee under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
