Section 150
Interim Provisions
: (1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, until the state and local level laws are made, all operations of registration and regulation of cooperative organizations with scope up to the local level shall be carried out from the relevant local level and the registration and regulation of cooperative organizations with scope up to more than one local level. The provincial government can arrange for all the works to be carried out in accordance with this act by deciding through the village or town assembly or the provincial assembly.
(2) When acting in accordance with sub-section (1), all the powers exercised by the registrar in accordance with this Act shall be vested in the authority designated by the relevant local executive in the case of the local level and by the official designated by the relevant ministry of the province in the case of the province and the authority of the ministry in the case of the local level by the executive of the local level and in the case of the province by the relevant ministry of the province Will use.
(3) Co-operative organizations at all levels shall be regulated in accordance with this Act until the provision is made in accordance with sub-sections (1) and (2).
