Section 68
International Clearing and Payment Agreement
The Bank may enter into a clearing and payment agreement with a public or private central cleared institution located abroad for its own account or government account as per the instructions of the Government of Nepal. The bank may also enter into other agreements necessary to implement the purpose of such agreement.
