(1) If the assembly deems it necessary to fulfill the purpose of Pragya Pratishthan, it may establish appropriate bodies from time to time. Such agencies will remain under the central office.
(2) The organization, work, duties, rights and procedures of the agencies as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
