The fund may also manage the pension fund according to the law made by the government of Nepal, the provincial government or any other body at the local level so that the pension system is implemented through the fund in accordance with subsection (3) of section 33 of the Act.
(2) In the case of managing other pension funds according to sub-rule (1), the details and accounts of the pension fund and other pension funds as per the Act shall be kept separately.
