(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the existing law, the following campuses which were operating as the individual campuses of Tribhuvan University at the time of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to continue as the individual campuses of the University from the date determined by the Assembly:-
(a) Suryanarayan, Satyanarayan Mo Yadav Multipurpose Campus, Siraha,
(b) Mahendra Vindeshwari Multipurpose Campus, Rajviraj.
(2) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, the university may, if it wishes, operate the campus of a university as a campus with the approval of that university, except as stated in sub-section (1).
(3) If the University wishes, the affiliated campuses of other universities may be operated as affiliated campuses at the request of such campuses.
(4) According to sub-section (1) or (2), after a campus is operated as a part campus of the university, the movable and immovable property in the name of such campus will also be transferred to the part campus of the university.
(5) After a campus has been established as a part campus of the university in accordance with sub-section (1) or (2), if the teachers and staff working in the approved positions of that campus want to remain as teachers and staff of the part campus of the university, they must submit an application to the university within three months from the date of appointment of the vice chancellor of the university.< br> (6) The teachers and staff who apply in accordance with sub-section (5) shall be automatically considered as teachers and staff of the university.
(7) If the services of the teachers and staff who have not submitted an application as per sub-section (5) are required by the university, the university may request the university where such teachers and staff are employed to assign them to work, and if such a request is made, the university related to such teachers and staff shall receive remuneration and facilities from the university where such teachers and staff are employed. Employ such teachers and staff in the universityCan be sour.
(8) According to sub-section (7) other matters related to employment and remuneration and providing facilities shall be determined by mutual agreement between the respective universities.
(9) According to sub-section (5), the teachers and employees who are retained as teachers and employees of the university campus will be deemed to have performed their permanent service in the previous campus in the university campus and their employment will be calculated accordingly. The benefits provided by the law regarding the conditions of their service, including the Savings Fund, Citizen Investment Fund etc. in their name will be maintained in the name of such teachers and employees and will be continued by the university.
(10) According to sub-section (5) or (7), if any teachers and staff remain in the physical campus of the university, no change will be made in their remuneration, facilities and service conditions to the detriment of them.
(11) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, students admitted before the commencement of this Act in a campus which has been converted into a university campus in accordance with sub-section (1) or (2) may, if they wish, take the examination as a student of the university's campus. > (12) In accordance with sub-section (1) or (2), the arrangements regarding the examination of students admitted before the commencement of this Act and the study records of such students in the campus converted into a university campus shall be in accordance with the agreement between the university and the university granting approval.
(13) The provisions regarding the property, teachers, staff and students of the campus converted into a university campus in accordance with this section, as per sub-section (3) of section 3, shall be equally applicable to the teachers, staff and students of such campus. .
