Other person considered guardian
Notwithstanding anything written in section 136, if a disabled or semi-capable person is provided guardianship by another person without providing guardianship to the person mentioned in that section, the person who provides guardianship shall be deemed to be the guardian of such person. But the person who is such a guardian must prove that he is a guardian from the court of law.
