Rule 34
Digging of exploration and production wells
: Regarding the drilling of exploration and production wells, the contractor shall submit the following to the department within the following time period:
(a) Report of the previous day with the following details within 13:00 hours of each day:
(1) Name of well and contractor.
(2) Operation date and time.
(3) Name of DrillingRing.
(4) Days previously worked in the well concerned.
(5) Depth of well at the time of reporting (6) Beas of the well.
(7) Type, and size of drilling bit.
(8 inclination of the well.
(9) Type, weight and description of drilling mud.
(10) Work and problems within the last 24 hours.
(11) Sixty elements (Lithology) within the last 24 hours.
(12) Petroleum discovered.
(13) Type, size, weight and depth of casing.
(14) Joining (cementing).
(15) Pressure testing of blowout preventers, casings and other related equipment.
(16) Logging of wells including type and depth of logging (17) Collection of core samples (18) Examination of water and its depth.
(19) Abandonment of wells.
(20) Drilling ring loosened.
(21) Weather conditions.
(b) In addition to the logs of wells obtained at different values ​​in the course of ordinary logging work, within thirty (30) days after the completion of the logging work, complete logs of the wells in transparent and paper print with a value of 1:1000 are continuously spliced.
(c) The report must be submitted within ninety (90) days of completion of the well. If there is a clear reason and basis for not being able to submit the report within that period, the department may grant an additional deadline of up to ninety days and such report should contain a complete description of the well results, test results, geology and lithology details, log analysis results and calculation methods with formulas, and petroleum, water and pressure analysis. and should include the following:
(1) Log Curve
(2) Description of Prastra Tatva (Lithology). (3) Formation tops
(4) Velocity information
(5) Appearance and tests (of petroleum).> (6) Casing and Plugs
(7) Cores
(8) Paleontologic and Palynologic Signs
(9) Environment of Deposition (10) Other information recorded by the contractor on his behalf in the well log in order to assist in the analysis of the results of the well.
(d) Analysis of well logging including the method of calculation with formulas within thirty (30) days of the completion of the analysis work.
(e) Report on sample analysis within thirty (30) days of completion of well drilling.
(f) Within thirty (30) days of the completion of well testing, a report of such testing with the following details:
(1) Depth of examination.
(2) Hydrocarbons and water.
(3) Analysis of hydrocarbons and water.
(4) Pressure analysis.
