Section 4
The provisions of the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure shall apply

(1) This Act shall be implemented subject to the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code.
(2) The terms defined in the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code are mentioned in this Act and the meaning of such words shall be as defined in the said Code.
(3) The principles mentioned in the Criminal Code shall also be applicable in the implementation of this Act.
