Rule 12
Copies of the indictment and evidence should be given
: 1) After the indictment is filed against the child accused of criminal acts, the Juvenile Court shall immediately give one copy of such indictment and related written evidence to the child's parents, mother or family members or guardians.
(2) The child's father, mother, family member or guardian may attend the children's court and understand the copy of the indictment and related evidence as per sub-rule (1).
(3) According to sub-rule (1), if the child's father, mother or family member or guardian is not found to give a copy of the indictment and related evidence, or if they do not want to understand such a copy, such a copy shall be provided to the juvenile law practitioner.
(2) The child's father, mother, family member or guardian may attend the children's court and understand the copy of the indictment and related evidence as per sub-rule (1).
(3) According to sub-rule (1), if the child's father, mother or family member or guardian is not found to give a copy of the indictment and related evidence, or if they do not want to understand such a copy, such a copy shall be provided to the juvenile law practitioner.
