Section 80
Records and reports
:(1) The licensee shall keep the records of the workers sent for foreign employment as prescribed. Such records may be inspected, seized and examined by the department at any time.
(2) Every licensee shall submit an annual report to the department in such a way that the prescribed details are disclosed within thirty days of the end of each financial year.
