: (1) The licensee shall keep a record of the direct sale or distribution of the goods and the details of the direct seller or distributor of the goods in the prescribed format. Such record inspection officer or department may inspect, remove or check at any time.
(2) The licensee shall submit a report in the prescribed format to the department in the prescribed format every three months.
(3) The licensee shall prepare an annual report and submit it to the department within three months after the end of each financial year.
(4) According to this section, the other arrangements for keeping records and reporting shall be as prescribed.
