: In addition to the details mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Act, the electronic chips of identity cards and the national identity management information system should also keep a record of the following details of the relevant person:-
(a) Place of birth,
(b) date of citizenship issue and district (in the case of a person with a certificate of citizenship), (c) certificate indicating the previous nationality and nationality of the relevant country (in the case of a person who renounced the citizenship of another country),
(d) Birth Registration Number,
(e) phone number,
(f) email address,
(g) Marital: status,
(h) Educational qualification,
(i) Profession,
(h) Identification number of father, mother,
(k) Nationality of father, mother if they are foreigners,
(g) Pati ba palli identification number,
(d)-If the husband or wife is a foreigner, his/her nationality, and
(d) Address of husband or parish (if different from that of the person concerned).
