(1) The number and details of the foreign currency transactions performed by the player at the casino venue each time and the number and details of the coins or chips purchased by the licensed company, the number and details of the coins or chips returned when leaving the casino venue and the exact details of the foreign currency taken back. Records should be managed in such a way that they are open.
(2) The licensed company shall provide a copy of the records established in accordance with sub-rule (1) to the Ministry and the Financial Information Unit every month.
(3) If a player wins or loses more than twenty five lakhs in one business day, or is found to have made any suspicious cash or any other type of financial transaction inside the casino, the licensed company shall immediately give written information to the Ministry and the Financial Information Unit. Explanation For the purposes of this rule, "one business day" means the period of twenty-four hours from the time of entry into the casino premises.
