No person below shall be eligible to be a director of a company operating a casino:-
(a) Blacklisted in accordance with prevailing law in relation to any transaction,
(b) any tax, fee, amount or court penalty owed to a government or public institution,
(c) Falling in love with the moneylender,
(d) Deranged mind or unsound mind,
(e) Convicted by the court on a criminal charge of moral turpitude.
