Rule 98
<br> to carry out construction work from deposits
The public body shall take the prior approval of the officer one level above to work from the deposit.
(2) When a public body works from a deposit, the technical services and construction materials required for that work shall be procured in accordance with the procedure of the Act and this regulation and shall be employed for wages.
(3) According to this regulation, if the construction work has to be done from the deposit, such work can be negotiated in sections without increasing it to one lakh rupees, or the construction related work can be provided for wages by providing the necessary construction materials.
