Section 40
Disqualifications
The following shall not be issued a guide's license: (a) Convicted of a criminal charge showing moral turpitude and sentenced to imprisonment, Amended by Second Amendment.Amended by Second Amendment.Added by First Amendment (b) Suffering from any mental or contagious disease, (c) Sec. According to Clause (a) or (c) of 44, the license of the pathfinder has been revoked and the three-year period has not been paid from that date.
