Rule 7
Application to register another marriage
:(1) According to the Act, if a couple wants to register a marriage or matrimonial relationship according to their religion, caste or clan's customs or customs, they must submit a written application to the marriage officer in the format specified in Schedule 6.
(2) After receiving the application according to sub-rule (1), the marriage officer must register the application in the form prescribed in Schedule 7 in the marriage registration application book.
(3) After registering the application according to sub-rule (2), the marriage officer must register the marriage or marital relationship in the marriage registration book of the format specified in Schedule 8, except in cases where the marriage officer refuses to register the marriage or marital relationship between them on the grounds that it is contrary to the prevailing Nepalese laws.
(4) After registration according to sub-rule (3), the marriage officer should issue a marriage certificate to the couple in the format prescribed in schedule 9.
(2) After receiving the application according to sub-rule (1), the marriage officer must register the application in the form prescribed in Schedule 7 in the marriage registration application book.
(3) After registering the application according to sub-rule (2), the marriage officer must register the marriage or marital relationship in the marriage registration book of the format specified in Schedule 8, except in cases where the marriage officer refuses to register the marriage or marital relationship between them on the grounds that it is contrary to the prevailing Nepalese laws.
(4) After registration according to sub-rule (3), the marriage officer should issue a marriage certificate to the couple in the format prescribed in schedule 9.
