(1) If it is necessary to enter the real estate of a person in the vicinity of the airport area or on the air route in the course of the work of the authority, the officer appointed by the authority may immediately give prior notice to the person using such real estate and enter. However, in order to prevent an accident or to carry out urgent maintenance of any equipment connected to such real estate, or for any other reasonable reason, any employee of the authority may enter such real estate at any time without giving prior notice.
(2) An officer or employee of the authority who enters someone's real estate for the purpose of doing any work in accordance with sub-section (1) shall submit a report to the authority as soon as possible regarding the work done on such real estate.
