(1) If a person does any work regulated or prohibited by the Authority under section 7 without the prior approval of the Authority, or if the Authority imposes a condition while giving approval, and does anything contrary to such condition, the Authority may fine such person up to fifty thousand rupees. .
(2) If anyone obstructs the work done or about to be done by the Authority in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act, the Authority may fine such person up to ten thousand rupees.
(3) If any person commits any act contrary to the order or instructions given by the Authority in accordance with this Act, the Authority may fine such person up to twenty five thousand rupees.
(4) If anyone commits any act contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act, the Authority may fine such person up to ten thousand rupees.
