Section 45
Offenses related to disobedience
If any of the following acts are committed, it will be considered as an offense related to disobedience:-
(a) If any agency or officer authorized under this Act or an officer above him knowingly disobeys the legal order given verbally, in writing, by sign or in any other manner in the course of work,
(b) If he is negligent in following the general, local or other orders given by his superior officer.
