A crop inspector or a seed sample collector or a seed analyst or any employee authorized to work under this Act shall not be personally liable for the work done in good faith while performing his duties in accordance with this Act. However, if the person acts with the intention of causing unnecessary suffering, harassment or inconvenience to someone, the person concerned will be held accountable for it. .
