Section 61
Protection against acts done in good faith
: Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, if an act is considered an organized crime under this Act while performing his official duty in good faith in accordance with the prevailing law, any government official shall be prosecuted in accordance with this Act or any other for committing such act. No punishment will be given.
