Rule 91
Responsibilities of Judges in Asul Tehsil matters
(1) The judge acting as the head shall have the ultimate responsibility of correcting the penalty, fine and imprisonment imposed by the court's decision and collecting the charges in accordance with the same.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), it will be mentioned in the inspection report whether the remaining arrears have been settled after the collection has been carried out.
