(1) In accordance with the judgment, where there is a person who is subject to punishment, fine, imprisonment or government recovery, at least twice a year, cordons shall be deployed for collection work in the place of residence, and the cordons deployed in such a manner shall arrest the remaining persons who could not be recovered.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the help of the local level and the police can be taken if necessary.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (1), if the employee who goes to work for recovery of penalty, fine or government failure does not want to take the amount for daily and travel allowance, he will get twenty-five percent incentive allowance of the recovered amount.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), the Tehsildar will get five percent of the amount collected as an incentive.
(5) Allowance or amount as per sub-rule (2) or (3) shall be given from the amount of recovered fine or government debt.
(6) According to this rule, if any person other than a government official or fined government employee collects and brings the amount as per sub-rule (3), he can be provided.
(7) If the employee who works at the door who arrests and brings the person imprisoned according to this rule does not want to receive the daily and visiting allowance, instead of the allowance, he will receive an amount equal to the rate of one hundred and fifty for one month of imprisonment as a reward.
