Rule 32
Recovery of uncollectible amount from other assets
: (1) If the amount of money, interest and damages is not recoverable from the proceeds of the auction sale of the mortgaged property, the procedure mentioned in Rule 30 of "the remaining arrears of the person to be recovered from other assets" Adoption will have to be auctioned and collected.
(2) In the case of money taken by Mohi, the crops earned by him shall be sold at auction and the amount of principal, interest and damages shall be recovered.
(3) According to sub-rules (1) and (2), when selling by auction, the remaining amount should be returned to the concerned person after recovering the amount of principal, interest and damages up to the date of auction sale.
