If it is found that the employee who is responsible for depositing the amount deducted from the monthly salary of the saver for the purpose of depositing in the fund and the amount added to that amount in accordance with the prevailing law has not been deposited in the fund in accordance with this Act or the regulations made under this Act, the fund shall The fund shall give an order to the relevant employee to deposit the amount to be deposited in the fund of the saver and the lump sum amount which will be calculated including the interest received from the fund in the account of the fund of the respective saver.
