(1) The Government of Nepal may, after understanding the opinion of the committee, give instructions to the fund from time to time as deemed necessary for the national interest. (2) The committee shall be responsible for managing the fund in accordance with the instructions given under sub-section (1) and performing all the tasks to be performed by the fund under this Act. (3) The committee may delegate the authority it has under this Act to the administration or any sub-committee as required. In order to run the work of the fund in a smooth manner, the administrator can delegate the work authority he has received to his subordinate officers and employees of the fund.
