1) Foreign builders who have been selected in international competitive bidding and participated in joint investment with local builders in local competitive bidding above 6 million rupees will be given a temporary license to carry out public construction work.< br> (2) The terms and conditions of the temporary license granted under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
(3) According to this section, a foreign construction professional who has received a temporary license shall not be allowed to carry out any public construction work other than the work mentioned in such license.
