Rule 5
Temporary registration

(1) Nepali citizens who have completed basic educational qualification and pre-registration training or internship or resident training as specified by the council can apply to the council for temporary registration.
(1A) A person who has attained the qualification as per Rule 7 may apply to the Council for temporary registration as an expert. (2) The procedure for temporary registration shall be as specified in Schedule-9.
(3) Other arrangements related to temporary registration shall be as prescribed by the Council.
