: (1) The Foundation will establish a hospital to conduct high-level studies and research in the field of health and to provide quality and accessible health services.
(2) The Karnali Regional Hospital established and operating in accordance with the prevailing law at the time of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been established in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) The operation and management of the hospital shall be as prescribed.
