: (1) Ministry and provincial government, poor and destitute and people whose home address is not found, families of martyrs who sacrificed their lives during mass movement, armed struggle and revolution, families of missing persons, warriors of democracy, In the event that the expenses incurred in treating conflict victims and displaced persons, disabled persons, injured and victims cannot be met, an emergency health care fund should be established to arrange treatment for such persons.
(2) The arrangements related to the operation of the fund under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
