Section 60
A code of conduct can be created and enforced

(1) The Board shall create and implement a code of conduct to be followed by the organization that has received the permit.
(2) It shall be the duty of the organization receiving the permit to follow the code of conduct implemented as per sub-section (1).
(3) The organization that has received the license may create and implement a code of conduct to be followed by its directors and employees.
