(1) Subject to this Act and the rules made under this Act, the Commission may issue necessary orders and such orders shall be published in the Nepal Gazette.
(2) The Commission may give necessary instructions to the staff engaged in election work for conducting the election.
(3) To comply with the orders and instructions issued by the Commission in accordance with this section, Nepal Government, State Government, Local Level, Government Offices and Agencies, Government, Semi-Government and Non-Government Organizations and Agencies, Parties, Candidates, their representatives, publicity and election related activities. It will be the duty of the person who does it and the staff who are engaged in the work of election.
